Upon submission of a commission request, you will be subject to all terms.

Full payment in advance applies for commission orders under 30 USD. Commission orders above 30 USD are paid 60% after the first draft, and 40% full payment after the commission is completed.Full refunds available before drafting phase begins. Partial refunds for cancellations are calculated based on the amount of work completed.
All commissions get 2 free revisions from the draft stage to the final art. More than that will cost an additional fee. After final draft approval, major revisions will not be accepted.Default Illustration size: A6 Postcard, 350dpi
Larger sizes may be requested with an extra fee.
Delivery: original file and .png sent via Google drive link.
If you don't have an original character (OC), you can request a character design. The design of this character will be created based on my preferences and art style.Before requesting a character design, make sure my art aesthetic matches with your expectation. Upon request, Prepare a general description of the character, lore, background, personality, theme/character tropes and moodboard.
Artist credit must be present wherever the artwork appears.
While usage rights are granted to all commissioned works, intellectual property rights remain with the artist.◍◍◍Personal: Private use only. Commercial use and distribution prohibited. Art for posting to social media is counted as personal.
Includes: Profile photos, banner art, non-promotional illustrations, schedule art, etc.Commercial: May only be used for the purpose it was commissioned for. Additional charges will be applied to multi-use artwork.
Please expect 3-5x price increase for commercial works compared to personal works. Permanent branding, in-stream/video type art is counted as commercial.
Includes: Models, character design, promotional illustrations, music video art, starting/ending screens, merchandise, etc.◍◍◍All my works are strictly forbidden for use as AI training material.◍◍◍Clients are prohibited from editing or changing commercial commissions. Contact me if you want to make edits. For personal use commissions, you may edit the work freely.◍◍◍Breaking these terms will result in blacklisting and revoking of usage rights to the artwork. DMCA laws will be enforced.
